Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 10 days after your product has been sent out for orders in Singapore, and 21 days for international orders. After which, any returns or exchanges are invalid.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels intact, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchange of sizes will be subjected to availability of stocks. You may send us an email at ask@avoidofficial.com to clarify. Customers will bear all shipping costs for the exchange.
For replacement of defective or damaged products, we will bear the costs of the return shipment, fixing or alteration of said products, and also shipment back to you.
The following items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable:
- Sale items
- Earrings
- Masks
Refunds
Products are only refundable if they are damaged and/or defective.
Once we have received your item(s), we will inspect the damages/ defects. We will then send you a follow-up email to update whether it is eligible for a refund. If eligible, the refund will be credited automatically to the account that you used to make the purchase.
Shipping fees will only be refunded if you are exchanging or returning all the products that it covers due to damages/ defects. We will not be refunding the shipping cost if you are exchanging or returning only one item from your order which carries multiple products. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
In case of delays in refund, do check with your bank first as it may take some time to process the transfer. If you still do not receive updates, please inform us at ask@avoidofficial.com and we will do our best to rectify the matter.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and discounted items are not refundable.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the delivery time may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending products back to us for returns and exchanges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
